Twenty years, mostly inside the problem.
I’ve spent more than two decades building businesses, leading teams and helping organisations navigate growth and change.
I’ve founded businesses, built a certified B Corp and held senior executive roles in national healthcare. I’m also a board director, GAICD graduate and hold a Master’s degree in Economic Geography.
Through Ceri & Co, I bring that experience to organisations looking for strategic clarity, fresh thinking and practical support.
I’ve been responsible for the decisions, the people, the budgets and the outcomes. I know the difference between a strategy that looks good on paper and one that works in practice.
